Shape the future of unmanned aviation with us. To strengthen our Research and Development Department Looking for a dedicated F&E Projektmanager mit SORA-Fokus, which combines regulatory excellence with innovative spirit and actively participates in pioneering drone projects.
Your role
In your role as F&E Projektmanager you are a central interface between technology, research, customers and authorities. You are responsible for Regulatory assurance for complex drone operations and make a significant contribution to safely and approvably transferring innovative applications into operational use. You will work on future-oriented projects of high social and technological relevance.
Your tasks
- Creation and further development of Operating permits (SORA, OM, OSO certificates, internal and external Risk Assessments)
- Development and implementation of Training and briefings for operating manuals and deployment concepts
- Direct communication and coordination with national and international aviation authorities, project teams, and our clients
- Active Participation in national and international research and development projects
- Advice to internal project teams on all regulatory and safety-related issues
Your profile
- Very good German and English language skills by word and deed
- Driving licence category B
- Completed military or civil service
- Confident, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor to customers, partners and authorities
- Analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, and structured way of working
Advantageous
- Provable SORA-Expertise and experience with operating permits in the drone environment
- Technical understanding of UAS systems, avionics, or flight controls
- Experience in an R&D environment or project work
- Knowledge of international regulations

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that for this position, based on full-time employment, a Minimum gross salary of EUR 3,000 per month is provided for. An overpayment may be considered depending on your qualifications and experience.
