Service engineer Fire doors
We are hiring: Fire protection technicians in the area of Krems/St. Pölten
Your role
Your primary task is principally the annual inspection of fire doors in accordance with ÖNORM B3850. Do you hold a technical vocational secondary school-leaving certificate (HTL), work in a technical profession, or have many years of experience as a technical property manager?
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the annual maintenance of fire doors and hold-open systems in accordance with ÖN B3850 to ensure the functionality and safety of the systems.
- You inspect the installations carefully to identify defects, wear or damage.
- As part of maintenance, you ensure that the systems meet all applicable regulations and functional requirements.
- You fix minor defects directly on site, such as lubricating and cleaning moving parts, tightening screws, and checking cables, toothed belts and fastenings.
Your profile
- You have a trade or technical qualification.
- Ideally, experience in the maintenance and repair of doors and/or fire protection systems.
- Have a thorough, careful and precise working manner, a friendly demeanour and customer orientation.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have a good command of German, both spoken and written.
