We are hiring: IT & Artificial Intelligence Staff

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a tech-savvy individual to reliably support our IT operations on a day-to-day basis and thereby giving us the freedom to consistently further develop our software and AI solution. 

Your role

You are the central point of contact for our Colleagues with all IT issues – from workstation support and user management to system maintenance. By doing so, you create the headspace that enables us to further develop our automations and AI agents in a targeted manner. If you bring your own experience in software development or working with AI models, you will have the opportunity to get increasingly involved in these projects and help shape them. 

Your tasks
  • Primary point of contact for colleagues' IT enquiries (ticket system, day-to-day support) 
  • Support and management of endpoints (Windows, macOS, iPad) incl. Mobile Device Management 
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 / Exchange (mailboxes, users, permissions) 
  • Contribution to the maintenance and operation of our server and network infrastructure 
  • Support with the further development of internal automation and processes 
  • Depending on experience and interest: Involvement in AI projects – integration of AI tools and models into existing workflows 
  • Assistance with IT security, system stability and technical documentation 
Your profile
  • Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, apprenticeship) or comparable practical experience in the IT sector 
  • Experience in IT support and in the management of end devices and users 
  • Advantageous: Experience in software development/programming as well as in working with AI models, APIs or automation tools (e.g. n8n) 
  • Solution-oriented, independent and structured approach to work 
  • Excellent command of German (written and spoken); knowledge of English for technical documentation an advantage

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that for this position, based on full-time employment, there is a minimum base salary of EUR 3.900,- gross per month is offered. (Overpayment depending on qualification possible).
