Your role
Zu Ihrer Hauptaufgabe zählt in erster Linie die Evaluierung von Objekten im Rahmen von Objektsicherheitsprüfungen lt. ÖNORM B1300 und B1301.
Sie verfügen über eine technische Hochschulreife (HTL), sind in einem technischen Beruf tätig oder haben langjährige Erfahrung als technischer Hausverwalter?

- Property inspection in accordance with ÖNORM B1300/B1301
- Documentation & reporting
- Risk assessment & defect management
- Carrying out field service assignments
- Cooperation & responsibility

- Driving licence B
